Where do you deliver to?
We deliver within a 10 km radius of the Brisbane CBD.
If you would like to place an order for a delivery further away, please contact us at the shop or send an email and we can let you know if it’s possible.
When is the cut-off ordering time?
Our daily cut off time for ordering same day delivery is 11.00am (Brisbane time).
If you are within our immediate neighbourhood and you require flowers delivered past the cut-off time, please call the shop and we will see if we can accommodate your request.
What’s the best way to get in touch to discuss orders which are not online?

Payment Options
What form of payments do you accept?
Online store: We accept Paypal, Stripe and credit card payments (including AMEX)
In store:We accept credit cards, cash and EFTPOS.
Order Delivery Info
What time will my flowers arrive?
Our mornings are spent designing and prepping flower orders and therefore most orders are delivered after lunchtime.
We cannot guarantee a fixed delivery as the couriers work out the most efficient route according to the orders they receive on any given day.
If you do require delivery by a certain time, please call the shop and we can see what we can do to accommodate your request.
What if the recipient isn't home?
If the recipient isn’t home, we will leave their flowers in a protected area within the property (at the front door etc - somewhere shaded from the hot sun).
If you have a specific request with regards to where they should be left, please let us know when you place the order (this includes gate codes/appt/house access).
If we can’t get in or find a safe place to leave the flowers, our courier will bring the arrangement back to the store.
We will then need to make a re-delivery with a 2nd delivery charge.
We will usually only try and call the receiver or sender if there is a problem with the delivery.
If we are given the incorrect address and we deliver to the incorrect address, then you will need to place another order.
What if my flower order is returned to the shop?
This is not very common, however might happen from time to time.
It’s really important to check all delivery details (address, access etc) and with hospital orders, to ensure that you give as many details with regards to ward, and discharge date/time).
If we need to make a re-delivery a 2nd delivery charge will need to be incurred, or alternatively the flowers can be picked up from our store with no extra charge.
Can I pick up my flower order from your shop?
We love meeting our customers, so are very happy for you to collect your orders from us.
Make sure that you pick up within our store opening times. You’ll just need to select pick up online when ordering.
What if the recipient leaves work early?
If the recipient leaves work early, before the courier arrives, their flowers will be left at their workplace for them to receive the next day.
We are generally unable to re-direct deliveries after they have been made.
All bouquets are delivered with a water source, so they will not die overnight.
How do I know if my flowers have been delivered?
If you'd like to know the status of the delivery, please call the store.

Stylists / Events / Weddings
Do you work with stylists?
Yes, we love working with stylists and understand the need to meet a creative brief or to compliment a particular aesthetic.
We welcome stylists to call and arrange for us to source a specific product as part of our range.
Do you have wedding / celebration packages?
We offer bespoke floral arrangements and installations for all of our clients, whatever the size of your event.
Through an initial consultation we will guide and work with you to arrange the highest quality florals for your celebration of event.
What if my flowers are not in season?
We have a large range of flowers and nature often provides many beautiful alternatives. It’s best to have a conversation with us about what you’re looking for and we can recommend the best options available.

Where is your shop and is there parking?
We are located at 141 Latrobe Terrace, Paddington 4064 QLD
Parking is street side. We understand that Paddington can be challenging at the best of times, so if you are concerned about getting parking, you can always call ahead and we will try our best to prepare your order so you can pay over the phone and park briefly to collect it.
