Amendment of Terms

We will endeavour to highlight any significant or substantive changes to you where possible. If you choose to use our website, then we will regard that use as conclusive evidence of your agreement and acceptance that these terms govern your and Willow Blue Flora rights and obligations to each other.
Our Contract
All order requests received are an offer to purchase and are subject to acceptance by Willow Blue Flora, and any of its personnel, reserve the right, at our absolute discretion. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received in full, via the payment method used to place the order. Acceptance of your offer and completion of the contract between us only takes place when we start to process your order.
Delivery Dates
As a part of the checkout process on this website, you will be able to select the date for the delivery of your order. We will make every effort to satisfy your selection, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Changes to Your Order
If you wish to alter your order or subscription, please do so by contacting Customer Care at hello@willowblueflora.com .We'll always do our best to make last-minute changes for you, but we can’t guarantee changes. Best to call the store on + 61 (07) 3367 1950 and email hello@willowblueflora.com. We will acknowledge via phone or email if this change can occur.
Your Cancellation Rights
You can cancel single orders by giving us not less than 48 hours notice prior to the requested delivery date. In those circumstances, a full refund will be given. If a lesser period of notice is given, we will only give a refund if we have not started the preparation of your order at the time notice is given. The easiest way to cancel your order is to call + 61 (07) 3367 1950 and email hello@willowblueflora.com. We will acknowledge via phone or email if a full or partial refund can occur.
Wedding & Event Terms
All quotes produced by Willow Blue Flora are valid for thirty (30) days. All weddings require a 20% deposit upon confirmation. Full payment of all Weddings and Events is required two (2) weeks prior to Wedding or Event date. If collection of hired items occurs outside of business hours, an additional charge will be incurred. Willow Blue Flora reserves the right to photograph all arrangements upon installation for promotional material use. Cancellations made within two (2) weeks of Wedding or Event date will result in loss of the complete payable amount. All props or hired items provided by Willow Blue Flora are the property of Willow Blue Flora and provided on a hire only basis, unless purchased by the customer or client. Willow Blue Flora collects all props, unless specified by Head of Weddings. If props are to be returned by the client, this must occur within one (1) week of Wedding or Event date.
Workshop Terms
Please ensure to wear closed toe shoes with a grip on the sole. We provide aprons, but things can get a little messy so we recommend not wearing your favourite items.
Our workshops have a minimum number of sign-ups required to run the class. In the event that a workshop does not have enough attendees enrolled, we may have to cancel and reschedule your booking. In this case, you are entitled to a full refund, receive a credit, or you can transfer this to another class.
By enrolling at our workshop, you agree that you will apply with all safety precautions during your visit and that Willow Blue Flora holds no liability for any damage, loss or theft incurred to personal property, or any physical injuries obtained during the workshop.
If an attendee is more than 30 minutes late, they may be turned away with no option to refund or reschedule. This is in order to not disrupt the rest of the class.
We require at least 10 day’s notice for any cancellations.
If you need to arrange a cancellation of your booking within the 10-day notice period, a Willow Blue Flora Credit Voucher can be offered.
On the occasion that you need to make a change to your booking after this period, you can send a friend in your place, otherwise your booking will be forfeited.
We do not offer to reschedule or refund for attendees that have not shown up.
After finishing your creation and taking it with you, Willow Blue Flora is not responsible for the quality or lifespan of your arrangement.

Payment Methods
We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards. We never store or have access to your credit or debit card details.
Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Willow Blue Flora absolutely disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose. Willow Blue Flora gives no warranty that the documents, goods, or services will be free of errors, or that defects will be corrected, or that our website or its server is free of viruses or any other harmful components. Whilst we, always endeavour to have the most accurate, reliable and up-to-date information on our website, we do not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the result of the use of any document, product, service, link or information in its website or as to their correctness, suitability, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. It is your sole responsibility and not the responsibility of Willow Blue Flora to bear any entire costs of servicing, repairs, or correction. The applicable law in your state of territory may not permit these exclusions, particularly the exclusions of some implied warranties.
