Delivery Location

We deliver within a 10 km radius of the Brisbane CBD.

 

If you would like to place an order for a delivery further away, please call us on +61 (07) 3367 1950 or send an email to hello@willowblueflora.com and we can let you know if it’s possible.

 

Delivery Days

We deliver Monday to Friday within 10 km radius of Brisbane CBD, excluding public holidays. If the delivery address is in Paddington, Red Hill or Auchenflower we can deliver on Saturday, but please call the store directly on +61 (07) 3367 1950 to place an order for a Saturday delivery.

 

Same Day Delivery

Our daily cut off time for ordering same day delivery is 11.00am (Brisbane time).

If you are within Paddington and you require flowers delivered past the cut-off time, please call the shop on +61 (07) 3367 1950 and we will see if we can accommodate your request.

 

Pick Up In Store

We offer pick up in store, with our daily cut off time for ordering same day being 11:00am (Brisbane time).

No delivery fee will be charged.

Orders will usually be available within 4 hours, but please call the store on +61 (07) 3367 1950 to confirm the exact time.

 

Delivery Time

Our mornings are spent designing and prepping flower orders and therefore most orders are delivered or available for pick up after lunchtime.

We cannot guarantee a fixed delivery as the couriers work out the most efficient route according to the orders they receive on any given day.

If you do require delivery by a certain time, please call the shop on +61 (07) 3367 1950 and we can see what we can do to accommodate your request.

 

Delivery Fee

We charge a flat rate of $20 AUD for delivery per order. This fee is for one delivery address and date.

 

Problems With Delivery

If the recipient isn’t home, we will leave their flowers in a protected area within the property (at the front door etc - somewhere shaded from the hot sun).

If you have a specific request with regards to where they should be left, please let us know when you place the order (this includes gate codes/appt/house access).

If we can’t get in or find a safe place to leave the flowers, our courier will bring the arrangement back to the store. We will then need to make a re-delivery with a 2nd delivery charge.
We will usually only try and call the receiver or sender if there is a problem with the delivery.

If we are given the incorrect address and we deliver to the incorrect address, then you will need to place another order.

If the recipient leaves work early, before the courier arrives, their flowers will be left at their workplace for them to receive the next day.

We are generally unable to re-direct deliveries after they have been made.

All bouquets are delivered with a water source, so they will not die overnight.

It’s hard for us to do anything once the flowers have left the shop, however if they are still in the shop, we will try to accommodate changes where we can.

 

Delivering to a Hospital

Please check with hospitals that the ward will accept flowers as wards like ICU and respiratory wards do not accept them. Also ensure that you give as many details as possible with regards to ward, and discharge date/time. If we need to make a re-delivery a 2nd delivery charge will need to be incurred, or alternatively the flowers can be picked up from our store at no extra charge.
